Shipping policy

•We offer shipping services from Canada Post as well as many couriers. We are not responsible for shipping delays once orders are accepted by and in the possession of Canada Post or selected courier.

 FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA ON ORDERS OVER $200.00 BEFORE TAXES. This excludes complete bikes and other select items unless otherwise specified on the product page. Free shipping is not available for orders outside of Canada.

•Shipping prices are automatically calculated by our shopping cart system. You can simply add items to your shopping cart and see the exact shipping charge for your province. If you have questions about the calculated rate feel free to contact us. International orders (outside of Canada) may require duties, taxes, tariffs, or other customs / brokerage fees that are the responsibility of the customer to be paid upon delivery if required, unless otherwise specified at checkout or on the product page.

 In cases where an order requires special order products not currently in stock or products coming from our warehouse your order will be shipped all together once all items have arrived in stock. This can be an estimated 7-10 days added to regular shipping time. This estimated time may vary due to shipping or other delays out of our control.
